While we still feature those signature Schuler’s dishes patrons have loved for generations, such as our Classic Prime Rib of Beef, our menus have taken a lighter turn. You’ll find delightful vegetarian dishes, small plates, gluten-free entrées and more.
Whether you come for lunch or dinner, gluten-free options such as our Crispy Brussels Sprouts, fresh North Atlantic Salmon, and Strawberry Sorbetto are labeled prominently on the menu so you don’t have to guess or wonder if there are options available for you. Many of our seasonal specialties also mesh fresh seasonal flavors with locally sourced produce to ensure there is always something new for you.
Sometimes, a formal dining experience just isn’t on the menu. But, just because you are seeking a more relaxed, pub-like atmosphere doesn’t mean your choices have to be restricted to burgers, chicken fingers, and fries. We have a number of gluten-free options exclusive to our pub menu such as gluten-free pub nachos and lighter, vegetarian options including the Traverse Bay Salad and our new seasonal Roasted Beet Salad. There truly is something for everyone at Schuler’s.
Even though we are feeding a large group of people, our menu options go beyond chicken, chicken, or chicken. The same commitment to excellence found in our dining room is also our standard for private banquets, meetings, and catering. Our banquet & catering menus include the finest beef, seafood, and vegetarian choices (chicken too!) Our soups, sauces, breads and desserts are all prepared daily by our culinary staff and it is our pleasure to accommodate specific needs such as vegetarian, gluten free, and food allergies.
