“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.”—Benjamin Franklin
Summer is here and Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub invites you to join us for a little taste of it. On July 15, at 6:00 PM, Short’s Brewing Company will partner with the Schuler’s culinary team to bring you a beer dinner celebration to remember.
“July is Michigan Craft Beer Month, and we thought it would be fun to do something special for guests and to support our Michigan breweries like Short’s Brewing Company,” said Sue Damron, President and Managing Partner of Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub. “It’s also a great way for our culinary team to showcase their talents,” she continued.
Palate’s will be delighted as the Schuler’s culinary team serves up plates of tasteful creativity, combining the finest local cuisine with the perfect hand crafted ale, lager, stout or IPA. American mosaic hops, light pilsen malt and fruit infused rye ales enhance flavors and complement each dish. Short’s Brewing Company, like Schuler’s, recognizes the importance of using the best possible local ingredients in their products and takes pride in their craft.
“When you can create an exceptional product using the resources around you, you really have something special to offer your guests,” stated Hans Schuler, CEO of Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub. “That’s what we try to do with our menu and that’s the reason we love to partner with companies that share our same philosophy. Short’s Brewing Company is a great fit,” Schuler concluded.
Short’s Brewing Company was founded in 2002, by Joe Short in Bellaire, Michigan. In 2004, the company opened its doors serving its first brew to local customers. Over the years, it has become one of Michigan’s largest Breweries. Today, with a production facility in Elk Rapids, Michigan, Short’s Brewing Company continues its efforts to make the best beer in Northern Michigan. They take pride in their hands-on, mom-and-pop approach and the energy put into the quality of their beer, food, staff, customers and facilities.
