An evening filled with the satiating tastes of Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub and Dark Horse Brewing Company. Get ready to raise your glass to the taste of great beer and exceptional fare as Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub and Dark Horse Brewing Company collaborate for their annual five-course dinner and beer pairing.
On October 14 at 6:00 PM, The Schuler’s Culinary team and the Dark Horse Brew Masters will take you on a beer and dining experience to remember. Made with only the freshest, local ingredients, you’ll enjoy succulent dishes like perfectly spiced Cajun Shrimp, fall-off-the-bone-Beef Short Ribs and tantalizing Chocolate Stout Cheesecake. Each course will be carefully paired with the robust and dynamic tastes of hand-crafted Dark Horse brews like the popular Raspberry Ale, Thirsty Trout Porter and One Oatmeal Stout.
“This event what local collaboration is all about,” said Sue Damron, President and Managing Partner, Schuler’s Restaurant and Pub. “We are thrilled to partner with Dark Horse as they are such a talented group of people, who, like the Schuler team, strive to bring guests the flavors and experiences you wouldn’t expect to find in a small town.”
Dark Horse Brewing Company thrives on its reputation for hard work, commitment to quality and its craft, and ability to create big, outstanding beers.
Founder Aaron Morse opened the brewery in 1997, after deciding he wanted to work for himself, start his own business and create exceptional, highly creative craft brews.
“I like to make beer, I like to make people happy who like our beer, it is a wonderful world after all,” stated Morse. “Drink more beer don’t stop at one kind try them all — beer drinking is a wonderful thing, it is a passion fruit, it is a love of life.”
