A few years ago, our Schuler’s cookbook, Fresh Recipes and Warm Memories, provided guests with insights on what makes our menu items so special. Although the cookbook is now out of print, we still enjoy sharing recipes for signature dishes like our Roast Prime Rib of Beef and our famous Swiss Onion Soup. A few of our most popular recipes are included here. Enjoy them in your own home, or visit us at our home for a taste of Schuler’s!

It’s been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. That is doubly true when you are a family-owned restaurant that has been in business for more than 110 years. Many guests enjoy the historical photos that line the walls of the restaurant. Others find the architectural details memorable. And, of course, there are images of the people who have made Schuler’s a destination and a gathering place for generations.and continue to do so! We hope you enjoy this gallery of Schuler’s photos, past and present
