“Eat thy bread with joy…” reads a ‘famous saying’ on the beams of Schuler’s historic Centennial Dining Room, and the restaurant helps its guests do exactly that by providing fresh baked goods on a daily basis—produced by Schuler’s bakery team. Each day, our bakers get up before dawn to turn out more than 100 loaves of fresh bread and more than 100 pounds of crackers, cookies, rolls and cakes.
Schuler’s baking schedule changes daily, with at least nine different breads being produced on a rotating schedule.
